    This week, we interviewed a board-certified dermatologist in the aesthetic industry, Dr. Saya Obayan. She specializes in natural and traditional medicine through clinical dermatology. She is the CEO and Founder of Skin Joy Dermatology, located in Austin, TX. Dr. Obayan was born in Nigeria, moved to the US at eight years old, and discovered in her high school years that she wanted to become a doctor. The challenges she faced getting into school and becoming a doctor started because she was undocumented. On her way to becoming a doctor and in medical school, Saya, along with friends and mentors, wrote and published papers on dermatology policies, which helped her discover her true passion for Dermatology. Dr. Obayan gives us tips on opening a practice/clinic, think pieces on when is the right time for injectables, nature enhancements, and more.
