Sophie started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 16, winning the UK’s ‘Young
Entrepreneur of the Year’ award. This entrepreneurial spirit has stayed with Sophie
throughout her award-winning career and chosen field of marketing and communications.
She is also a noted media commentator, and advocate for female empowerment.

Sophie was the force behind TOH PR, one of the UAE’s most successful PR agencies over
the past 10 years, with a coveted client list that included Airbnb, Ferrari, Patek Philippe and
numerous luxury hotels. She exited the company in 2024, with She Well being her latest
endeavour.

Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities, Sophie finds time to be a mentor to younger
females, as well as a supporter of female-led charities and initiatives, including Project
