    Well, this episode was inspired by my experience of that, in a few different environments.

    My feeling is that really: (a) people are struggling to work out who they are (in the eyes of others), and (b) they have not really worked out what the problem is that they solve for their ideal clients.

    In this episode we tackle the second of those struggles: really understanding what the problem is that you are solving.

    To help me, I have brought on a friend who is gifted in the wisdom of people and we dig deep into helping you really unpick the actual problem YOU are solving as a service provider - as opposed to the one you THINK you are.
