The saying “Leaders are Readers” is especially pertinent now, as the world continues to change rapidly and technology changes daily. The best leaders are those who can respond to these changes and reading books will help them do so. 

Robert  also emphasises the top attribute that a great leader should have is Integrity - doing the right thing when nobody is looking and we couldn’t agree more.
