  • In this episode we meet amazing Jess from Canada, mum of three boys who wanted a homebirth with her first baby, although hubby wasn't on board so she planned a hospital birth.


    Planning a natural birth and feeling super prepared and organised, Jess got midwives on her team and was prepared to birth her first baby.


    Her first birth ended with a c-section, and she went on to plan a VBAC for her next birth this time planning a homebirth.


    Jess shares her experiences of working through birth trauma, the importance of seeking birth debrief support and backing herself for the birth she wanted and knew was right for her.


    She experienced three very different births and I'm sure you will enjoy listening to all of these different experiences and can connect with one here.
