Your hosts Tom Gough and KD Rai ask about Paul’s time as a player, specifically at Celtic, Birmingham City and Swindon Town, as well as some of the great managers he has worked with namely Gordon Strachan, Paulo Di Canio, Gary Rowett.

We get some great insight into how he has found life in management at Hereford FC and about the culture he has instilled at the club, including the challenges of working with a part-time playing squad and the fantastic support the club has.

We put some of your questions to the Hereford FC manager - including his favourite matches from last season, how he leans on experience within the squad and most importantly, whether he chose the stadium music at Edgar Street.

Finally Paul talks to us about a cause that is close to his heart, Diabetes UK, and how his daughter has been a huge inspiration to him.
