    Her expertise on mental health, things she has learnt in her own journey and through helping others everyday in the A and E department of hospital as she witnesses first hand people's first steps towards recovery.



    Lauren also gives us great tips on mindfulness, discussing the stigma / over using the word 'anxiety' in recent times, as well as techniques she has acquired to help her own anxiety and mental health. She kindly also lists organisations local to Hull that you can reach out to if you are struggling and need a friendly listening ear.
