In July 2024, JP was taken to a military facility, where he and three other active-duty soldiers were tested for an upcoming mission to Saturn (see Update 35). A hand-reading machine evaluated each soldier's suitability for the mission. After completing the testing and speaking to a senior covert operative, JP was told that he may have already completed the Saturn mission but didn’t remember it. In this update, he shares his total recall of the mission and what happened.

JP describes being on a spacecraft accompanied by two other similar craft that were mining the rings of Saturn. He describes a special helmet he wore that was used to identify the different elements of the rocks and debris found in Saturn’s rings that were then scooped up by the craft, which had an open forward section, like a whale shark, that would take in the precious metals for processing. The spacecraft was about three 300 meters in length, and JP was in a forward section where he and three other spotters would operate. The other spotters were likely the same three individuals that he had been tested. JP drew a sketch of the ship and its different features.

JP described how the ship had no gravity, and movement through it was achieved by entering a hallway where moving air would push one through the ship’s different sections in a circular motion. He also described a significantly larger cigar-shaped spacecraft that was mining Saturn’s rings. The larger spacecraft belonged to the Nordics, who were cooperating with the Earth Alliance in mining operations.

George Kavassilas claims that he has been contacted by a highly advanced extraterrestrial organization called the “Universal Space Council” that was instrumental in the spiritual and technological transformation of a fleet of three US Navy Secret Space Program vessels that departed in the 1990s for interstellar exploration.

During their nearly three-decades-long mission, the Navy SSP craft and the three admirals met many extraterrestrial civilizations. Due to their highly ethical approach, they met like-minded groups who introduced the Navy commanders to advanced technologies and philosophies. After decades of exploration, technological development, and spiritual transformation, the Jedi Admirals have returned to our solar system and are accompanied by the Universal Space Council. The Jedi Admirals are now interacting with the rest of the US Navy’s SSP (aka Solar Warden) and with global military and government authorities. Finally, Kavassails received notification that he would soon be returned to active duty with the Navy SSP and would work directly with the Jedi Admirals and the USC to bring out full disclosure on Earth.

Samuel Chong recently translated a book published in German by a former leader of a highly secret society called the Lodge (aka Illuminati) titled . The strange title of the book, 334 ‰ Lies: The Revelation of H. M. v. Stuhl, is a codeword for 666, as it involves subtracting 334 from 1000, which is what the fraction ‰ represents. The title represents the diabolical nature of the Illuminati and its global activities. Chong describes how the Illuminati recruits members based on their psychic abilities, and they perform human blood sacrifice rituals to enhance their abilities.

Chong describes how Illuminati members develop powerful mental abilities that can influence untrained individuals to think and behave in desired ways without realizing they are being manipulated. The Illuminati has hidden libraries containing stone tablets of destiny that enable its members to predict the future with stunning accuracy. Their ability to influence individuals and predict future timelines allows the Lodge/Illuminati to easily manipulate global elites and the rest of humanity.

According to the author of 334 ‰Lies, he defected after he achieved spiritual enlightenment due to him being buried for 41 days. After surviving the experience, he realized that love was the ultimate universal force and he defected and decided to expose the Lodge’s activities.

Chong also discusses Thiaoouba Prophesy, a book written by Michel Demarquet about an extraterrestrial race of Hermaphrodites that he encountered in the 1980s, and what the book has to say about secret societies such as the Lodge/Illuminati. According to the galactic history revealed by a feline extraterrestrial called Devon, Jelaila Starr says that Earth is the third in a series of “grand experiments.” These grand experiments are attempts by human civilizations to learn about empathy, accepting diversity, and respecting their biosphere. In contrast, Reptilian races have the primary role of protecting the biosphere of a planet from parasitic and out-of-control civilizations. This has led to conflict between human and Reptilian civilizations, which she describes as the polarity-integration game. Starr says that the first two grand experiments occurred in the Lyra and Pleiades star systems, and ended in devastating nuclear wars.

The first Grand Experiment occurred in the Lyra star system and began when Reptilian species showed up and began sharing advanced technologies with planetary leaders who made up the Royal House of Avyon. Starr claims the Avyon leaders did not disclose the truth about the Reptilian visitors and advanced technologies to the planetary population, and this led to growing civil strife over an extended period of time and eventually nuclear war. Survivors fled the Lyran star system for many worlds in other star systems including the Pleiades, where the second grand experiment began, again under the leadership of the House of Avyon.

Starr says that Reptilians created sophisticated AI life forms that were self-replicating and eventually rebelled against their creators. This led to devastating galactic wars and alliances. Starr refers to the alliance reached between AI lifeforms the Android Andromedan Alliance. Eventually, this AI alliance showed up in the Pleiades system and were human-looking, and began interacting with the second grand experiment. The Android Andromedan Alliance began working with the House of Avyon who were interested in the former’s advanced technology. Eventually, the truth was disclosed about the AI life forms and the agreements in an uncontrolled catastrophic way, and this led to another round of civil strife and nuclear wars that destroyed the second grand experiment.

Starr claims that Earth is the third grand experiment and many starseeds are survivors of the first two grand experiments that have reincarnated on Earth. She emphasizes that full disclosure needs to happen in a way that is neither too slow nor too fast, as both extremes have the capacity to destabilize and destroy a civilization. She describes “white hat” planetary leaders being aware of the Scylla and Charybdis of Full Disclosure and are steering the disclosure process forward behind the scenes in a balanced manner.

In her second Exopolitics Today interview, Starr describes the pitfalls awaiting humanity concerning the full disclosure of visiting extraterrestrial species and the deceptive practices of AI synthetic entities that will show up as angelic human-looking beings presenting high-tech gifts such as medbeds and free energy devices to the general public. She claims that genuinely positive extraterrestrials would never show up bearing such gifts as this would violate the Prime Directive. Instead, positive ET beings would work behind the scenes to help governments and planetary leaders develop such technologies on their own and presenting these to the public when society is ready. Starr describes how to discern between synthetic beings from the Android Andromedan Alliance and genuine human-looking extraterrestrials, and what to expect in the aftermath of the upcoming 2024 US Presidential election.

After his Honorable Discharge on August 30 and new status as a Retiree with Permanent Disability, JP was given an appointment for his first visit to his local Veterans Affairs Office, which is close to the large military base where he was formerly stationed and out of which he performed most of his covert missions.

At Veterans Affairs, JP saw many other retirees and veterans and was given a new ID, etc. After his processing was completed, he was asked to leave the main lobby area and go down four flights of stairs with a small group for further processing.

After going down the stairs, JP was in a different lobby/hallway area with up to 20 individuals of varying ages, the oldest being around 80 years old. An officer in civilian clothes briefed the 20 veterans/retirees that they were all former covert operatives and that now they would not be compelled to be part of covert operations but could volunteer. The officer then asked for volunteers for an upcoming mission, and JP was among those that volunteered.

JP added that while these upcoming covert missions through Veterans Affairs would be purely voluntary, he was still in contact with the senior military officer who has greenlighted him in the past to reveal missions. JP was told that he would still be required to perform missions with active covert teams when needed. This would likely be for missions to areas that he has experienced in the past, such as the Atlantic Space Ark and the Underground Ant People colonies.
