We discuss in detail the challenges faced by coaches in different situations, whether being the sole coach in the district or a member of a centralized coaching team. We also touch on goal identification, the building of support networks, and more.

Towards the end of the episode, we emphasize the importance of a unified strategic plan from the administration. We wrap up with a call to action for coaches to remember that they are not alone and to continually seek ways to assert their value within the education sector.
