On this episode I am joined by Randi West who shares her struggles with mental health that has impacted her through her entire life. Randi goes in details of the hardships she has lived through and what she is doing to overcome them. She discusses her injury that took her away from wrestling and the joy she experienced when the dr. told her she was cleared to return to the ring and much more.  This podcast is intended to motivate, inspire and support one another in our journeys.
