Lori shares an article that resonated with her experience in releasing labels and 'clutter'. Read more: "Seven Reasons You Keep Clutter and How to Overcome Them" by the Simplicity Habit. The conversation turns toward creating awareness around emotions and how to move through and address the emotions rather than avoid or distract. They both speak about how their children are learning this as well. There are three journal prompts to choose from- or just questions to habitually ask yourself to move away from 'holding' and into 'release'.
