  • Constantly Checking Myself
    Dec 18 2020
On today's podcast episode, Tijana discusses: 1. Checking ourselves in terms of the things we say and do. Is it habitual or does it have meaning? 2. Checking ourselves in terms of who’s ideas we are listening to. Are they our own or are we giving credit to “They” ?? In other words, the “They say” comments. Who are they? What serves me? 3. Giving ourselves permission to feel and question those feelings. Regardless of what those feelings are. No matter what someone else may feel or “they” think we should feel, we need to sit with what we feel.\ 4.Instead of judging others, where they are, or what they are doing, and even taking time out of my day to talk about them and their lives, how can I improve my own? How can I continue to grow? Again, channel that energy in a healthy way.
