    Chris Jackson is a Commercial Manager for Flexible Disc Couplings at Regal Rexnord. He studied mechanical engineering at Texas A&M University. His first role at Regal Rexnord was as an application engineer for disc couplings. Since then, he’s focused on helping customers find the right disc coupling for their applications.

    Don Daly is an Industry Manager for Business Development at Regal Rexnord. He attended Texas A&M University and studied industrial distribution. His first job was at Motion Industries in 1985. Since then, Don has focused on developing global accounts and new business with OEMs in the energy market.

(GME), a marketing, service and training organization for industrial maintenance and related technologies. Among other courses, he taught a "Pumps and Pump Systems" seminar for American Trainco. He also has an extensive background in vibration and dynamic balancing and chaired the St. Louis Chapter of the Vibration Institute from 1993-2000.

    Brad Hitselberger graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He has been working in some capacity with pumps for 6 years in various roles. He started out working in the wastewater side focusing on collection systems and pumps for a leading manufacturer in the industry. At the beginning of 2022, he took a role with Industrial Flow Solutions as their Municipal Business Development Manager to focus on building out their Municipal strategy. Currently he lives in Charlotte, North Carolina but enjoys traveling, meeting, and learning from many people in the water industry!

    Beyond her professional achievements, she’s dedicated to uplifting women and young girls by giving back to the community by working with multiple non-profit organizations.

    Her involvement as a member of Inspiring Girls USA's Board of Directors highlights her commitment to breaking down gender stereotypes and providing role models for young girls to raise their aspirations.

    In addition, she dedicates time to providing mentoring and coaching sessions to women guidance in marketing and their career paths to empower them.
