    This is not to be confused with leadership in other areas of life. This episode is all about YOU, and if you trust, love, respect, and value YOU. Wether or not you want to lead in other things, you must lead yourself first.

    Do you rely on others to make a lot of decisions? Do you feel confident in your skill sets and abilities? Can you trust yourself to recover from hardship if it comes your way? All of these questions are crucial to answer in order to develop leadership within.

    It is normal to experience a bit of an identity crisis when you move away from home, get a new job, begin a relationship, or our favorite - join a gym - but the important thing is not letting yourself hang in limbo for years.
