  • Situated approximately 75 miles southwest of San Antonio, Yorktown Memorial Hospital in Yorktown, TX  is described as being one of the most haunted locations in the state.  The 30,000 square foot, two-story building with a chapel, a full size basement and third floor living quarters served the town of Yorktown for 35 years.  Since its closing in 1986 however, stories of accidental deaths, an overaged, unsteady doctor and a double-murder began circulating.
