The book is a raw and honest depiction of Samantha’s life, which has had its fair share of trauma, loss and heartbreak. After more than a decade in recovery, she decided to reimagine the 12 steps so they become modern, trauma-informed and universally applicable to addicts and non-addicts alike. She hopes to elevate the fitness and wellness space with an authentic combination of expertise, vulnerability and lived sober experience.
