  • What can you do when you find yourself in a position where a client presents something they’re struggling with that you haven’t come close to resolving within yourself?

    At some point we all arrive in this uncomfortable place with a client. At first, we may straight up avoid poking that bear because we feel too unqualified to support our clients through something we clearly haven’t found the answers to. But do you need to resolve everything in your life before helping a client with that same thing?

    On the other side of the same coin, what can you do when your client feels so opposite to who you see yourself to be? Can you still powerfully coach someone into a deep transformation when you don’t have the ability to relate to where they are + where they’re trying to go?
