Oliver is the founder and CEO of Borr Digital. He has an BA in Liberal Studies, and an Advanced Diploma in advertising copywriting from Humber College. His passions include thoughtful discussion, writing and sports; in that order. When he's not doing these things, you'll find him spending time with his wife and 2 kids.   Here are some highlights from the episode: Why Oliver decided to start his own marketing agency and a glimpse into how he’s found success in doing so. The framework or process that Oliver follows when he starts to work with a new client. How to handle the conversation when you need to get a client past the vanity metrics so as to focus on what actually moves the needle. The necessity of having a client be as invested in creating relationships with their potential clients as you are in generating the leads for them. Why Oliver believes, slightly surprisingly, that it’s important to focus on regular quality content creation before quick-hit paid advertising. Why focusing on organic growth, from quality content, can be tough at the beginning but really is the best party forward for most clients.
