  • Do you workout consistently but don’t see the toned, defined look you hope for? A lot of hygienists come to me looking to build muscle which is a great goal but, in talking with them, I see most often they are doing all the wrong things. In order to build muscle, we need to rest so that our muscles have time to repair and grow. If you are working out 6 days a week, you are doing way too much and hindering the results you could have. More is not better when it comes to building muscle! Not to mention that working out too much increases muscle soreness as well as the risk of injury. Listen in to hear why REST will skyrocket your results.
