Jeffrey Kimmel is a Partner with Akerman, LLP, a law firm with 700 attorneys across the country, and is Co-Chair of the Akerman Wage and Hour Practice Group. Jeff routinely represents businesses in matters relating to wage and hour law, as well as wrongful termination cases, and regularly counsel’s employers on day-to-day human resources and legal compliance issues. Jeffrey is also a certified mediator and arbitrator. Jeff is also Co-Host of the recently launched Akerman Angle, Legal Insights on Wage and Hour Law podcast.
