  • Hello DFAM!!! Today is a special episode, because it is episode 7 and 7 is my lucky number. In honor of that, today I begin the first of 2 episodes that talk about something very close to my heart - something I call my "elevate campaign." In this episode I talk about how I got here - and how everything can seem to be going well, but it feels like it is not.


    Note: if you feel like you are going through something difficult like depression and/or anxiety, or have a difficult time managing your mental health, please - and i cannot stress this enough - PLEASE seek professional help. And don't give up on seeking help. Reach out to your community, reach out to even ME, and I will work to make sure you are connected.
