  • In this episode, I share the 4-part framework that all humans undergo before we make a decision to act.


    The purpose of marketing is to facilitate the flow of an audience from indifference to enrollment to devotion... which leads to a stark recognition of a dire need which can't be ignored, thus requiring immediate action. Your job is to break through the periphery, go beyond a preference, become a priority, and position your product as the only solution to an imminent, pressing need. You do this by telling your story, educating your audience about the issue or opportunity at hand, working with them one-on-one to help unlock a vision for change, and then, once that need is established, you hand over the keys to make it all possible.
