  • Shin Chae Kyung is the daughter of a court official who's extremely loyal to the King YeongSangGun. She gew up with her nanny in a small village far away from her parents, not knowing that her parents hid her away to protect her. One day she decided to travel to her parents without them knowing, and along the way she bumped into Prince Jin Seong who's out and about with his friends checking girls out playing by the riverside. Chae Kyung decided to ruin their plans, and hence Prince Jin Seong went chasing after Chae Kyung. In the midst, her wallet got stolen so she is left with no funds to continue her journey. She met King YeongSangGun who was soaking in the river to cool off his head. King YeongSangGun is the elder brother of Prince Jin Seon. He is known to be a power drunk ruler where he would go to extreme lengths to heep his Throne, especially from his younger brother Lee Yeok( Prince Jin Seong). Chae Kyung later become friends with lee Yeok and fell in love with him.
