    Limerick 2014: As It Lives & Breathes is a landmark 12 part series, written & produced by the award-winning creative audio team at Grey Heron Media. The series captures the character and personality of Limerick in 2014 and marks Limerick's year as Ireland's first National City of Culture. Each programme theme will offer a sonic portrait of a different aspect of life in Limerick today, weaving voices, sounds, words, actuality & stories together over 12 episodes to reflect Limerick's unique character. It is a character that's been shaped by Limerick's past, by its natives and migrants, the balance it strikes between city and county, by its shared spaces and its private places.

    Written & produced by the creative team at Grey Heron Media and specially commissioned by RTE Lyric FM & Limerick's Live 95FM to mark Limerick's year as Ireland's first National City of Culture.
