Shawn (in his part) he mentioned the “Top 5 Regrets of Dying” being “not having the courage to live for one’s self” … which coincides with a key message of yours: to not live for others expectations… 劉軒在他書中提到「死前的五大遺憾」：後悔沒有勇氣問自己而活。這和妳書中分享的：「不要活在別人的期待下，變成了不是自己的樣子…」有異曲同工之妙。

妳覺得為何人無法有「足夠的勇氣」活出最真實赤裸的自己？（因為做到這件事是真正接受自己、愛自己的一大部分。）
