  • I have been talking to entrepreneurial women about creating a simple business that supports a life they love.

    To me having a simple business is about being highly intentional with how you spend your time in your business to earn an income in a way that brings you joy, simplicity, flexibility and freedom.

    I believe that being ultra clear on profit plan is the cornerstone for achieving that simple busines and the journey to profit clarity is truly a discovery of where your own bliss and your business can unite.

    In this episode I am excited to share with you an interview with Colleen Kochannek. She was let go from her corporate job and immediately started a magazine but soon found it to be an overwhelming nightmare! So she set off to simplify! She did this by putting in processes and systems… so that she can keep the output, but reduce her input in terms of her energy and time… and ultimately, she freed up so much time, she was able to start a SECOND business called The Scrappy Frontier… where she teaches women over 50 how to create a simple business of their dreams.
