  • Welcome to the official SheVOLVE Prequel. In case you hadn't heard, From the Heart with Felicia & Gael is now SheVOLVE! Starting with this episode, our podcast is geared towards helping you discover and embrace your hidden superpowers! Why? Well with two milestone birthdays this year (Felicia - 55/Gael - 50) we are ready to do less, “be" more, and “she-volve” into their best selves ever. We know we aren't alone and want to take you along for the ride. Today we talk about why we decided to make this change and share details on our new weekly format and blog. Each week we will reveal a new challenge to uncover and explore our hidden super powers. Our first challenge is Creating Space By Disconnecting. It's a great first step to help declutter our minds and schedules in order to make space for more of who we are and what we want to do or be. In short, for the next 7 days, we will be dedicating at hour or more per day to turning off our electronics and focusing on other aspects of life we enjoy or feel called to focus on.
