Episode 12: Interview With Dr. Mary McCampbell

  • Summary

  • Today's PWPL encourages us to use our imagination to see our neighbors as the image-bearers they truly are. We sat down with Dr. Mary McCampbell. Dr. McCampbell serves as a Humanities Professor, Author, and Speaker.

Her book, Imagining Our Neighbors as Ourselves: How Art Shapes Empathy, looks at the part narrative art plays in cultivating our empathy for others. It's a crucial work given the times in which we live that can so easily move us to dehumanize those from whom we differ.
