  • My name is Sawyer Green. I am from Athens, GA. I am 37 years old. I have enjoyed running since elementary school along with basketball. I was raised in church and Christian school, but it was more legalistic than anything. That outlook and experience led me to being emotionally searching for more. Drugs and alcohol became the solution for me starting junior year of high school. In 2014 I went through a program called No Longer Bound. 1 year long treatment for males over 18 years old. Jesus used that place to expose my belief system and so much more. He pursued me on an intimate level, and my life has been better ever since. I have not used a drug since 12/7/2014, but alcohol has popped up a few times in rough seasons of my life.
