Amy Lyndon has been entertaining the public since the age of 10. Having grown up in New Rochelle, New York, formal training was as easy as jumping on a train. At 16, Lyndon studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse (NYC) and went on to England to tackle the prestigious London Academy of Performing Arts. After earning her BFA from Syracuse University, she experienced intense drama training with Stella Adler and Harry Mastrogeorge and extensive comedy training with The Groundlings, CBS Comedy on The Lot, Int'l Blend Comedy Troupe with Rick Overton and The Comedy Store.

Her most exciting character feature film lead roles were for Lionsgate, B.T.K. with Kane Hodder and Dracula's Guest with Wes Ramsey. She also starred in Cursed opposite Chris Pratt, and can be seen in 2024 as leads in the upcoming feature films; Lady Parts, Love Face and From Brooklyn to Boca.

On Television, Lyndon Guest Starred as Goldilocks in NCIS, as Susan Pinkwell in Law and Order: LA, as Louise in Eagleheart, Recurring as Marge in Days Of Our Lives, as Shelly in Ugly Betty, Recurring as Crystal in The Young and the Restless, as Tanya Kellerman in NYPD Blue, as Arlene in Roswell, as Petty Officer Darling in JAG, and Recurring as Mary Beth in Freddy's Nightmares.

Additionally, Lyndon is an awarded Director, Writer and Producer.
