  • In today's episode I get incredibly honest about how my pregnancy now is different from my first and how we can be really hard on our bodies. I remind women to remember that this is just temporary and that we're literally growing life within us! But pregnancy can also be super hard when you have feral toddlers to chase after as well....so there's that.

    I also get incredibly honest about my fears this pregnancy due to my miscarriage in 2023 and all of the beautiful little coincidences that happened during this pregnancy, but I also break down and cry a little (I'm still human living this human experience).

    And lastly, we dive into the honest truth about intimacy during pregnancy and just in general. It's a tough journey and there's a lot of reprogramming that needs to take place around our wants and needs as women when it comes to sex and pleasure.
