She is the founder of Greater Than 11% - a podcast and collective agency promoting diversity and creating platforms for underrepresented groups across the creative sectors and Renee has been recognised with a number of awards for her contribution to the industry. Renee is incredibly driven, passionate about driving a more inclusive industry and open about the support she receives, we discuss so many topics from inspiring creativity, her belief in the power of therapy ... all the way to where her love of incredible eclectic clothes comes from.
