Pineapple and Broccoli!

You really never know what's behind the laughter in someone's life. This is a story of resilience (though Zarna calls it rebellion). I have never watched her tik toks but I knew her name. The broccoli resonated with me, because I also grew up eating broccoli and I made sure my kids did too. Now I blanche it, and saute it in garlic infused olive oil. It is one of our go-to green veggies. And I am definitely going to try the pineapple tip. Now, I am going to search for Zarna's videos!
