    As writer-director Maryam Keshavarz's The Persian Version has finally made its way to wide release in US theaters, we sit down with Keshavarz to discuss her semi-autobiographical dramedy film. Indeed it is the "Persian Version" of recounted family events, but just like our main protagonist Leila (Layla Mohammadi) in the film, we don't know everything! Stay tuned for our upcoming review of the film, as you enjoy our conversation with Keshavarz, and watch The Persian Version in theaters!
