  • Giena Hapgood is a Yoga Teacher, Nurse, & Reiki Healer based in San Diego, CA. I was really interested in hearing her story about coming to San Diego from the Pacific Northwest, how she found her way to yoga through a difficult separation, and how yoga has helped her find and define her authentic self. Just like with Episode 4 with Nirel Rillera, we went into being of Filipino heritage in America, and how that's shaped our lives and our experiences. We had some technical difficulties with the sound, but you'll be able to understand what we're talking about.
