  • Originally from Lorain, Ohio, Martell plays quite an active role in multiple boards within his current community of Portsmouth, Ohio. As a business owner of Elm Street Photography, he frequently utilizes his talents for many local charitable organizations.

His long list of volunteer efforts led him to an appointment for the Portsmouth City Council and during his time there, he worked tirelessly to obtain status and promote the Portsmouth Art Commission. Martell has offered support and encouragement as he served as a mentor for the Juvenile Drug Court. Within the Watch Me Grow Ohio program, he helped to establish a community garden to educate area youth on horticulture methods.
