So here's something that occurs with everyone, but we're not always the biggest fans of: Correction. Most of us have been taught that it's simply a part of the growing process in life and we must learn to deal with it. But is that the right attitude to have toward being corrected? Have you really thought about if you have a problem with being corrected; and if so, why? We're back at it again and talking about a subject that we don't hear mentioned very often in today's time; Honor. In this episode we specifically address the meaning of honor as it is applied to the parent/child relationship and vice versa. Why does the Heavenly Father ask us to honor our parents? Is there a criterion that parents ought to meet to qualify for this honor? Did God instruct parents to honor their children as well? We will answer these questions and many more! Let's dive in!

I'm not sure if everyone has experienced this... But the Word tends to hit differently (and in the very best way) when the Holy Spirit speaks it to you directly! Even when it's something you thought you knew already, you get the fullness of it when He says it! When it comes to being true Believers we just simply like to serve the Holy Spirit and tell everyone we can about Him: no personal accolades or titles needed! Sometimes when others hear the message of the gospel with truth and clarity they tend to associate certain "titles" with the one speaking about it. Personally, I have always tried to receive people well when this has happened; but openly rejected being associated with any title because it's all about Jesus; I was just privileged to be able to talk to others about Him. It turns out there was a much deeper issue that needed to be dealt with in me that this rejection was rooted in, and the Holy Spirit lovingly and openly chose to reveal it and correct me. Often times as Believers we desire all those we come in contact with to know Jesus and all that He has accomplished for their lives. Although we are called to bring this message to the world we have to ask the Holy Spirit to lead us in the best way to do this. Relationships. There are so many factors that play into the culture and functionality of them. But what do relationships look like in the lives of Believers in today's time? Are there biblical principles that are available to us to help us determine how they are governed? Thank God for His for Grace that is sufficient for us all! Christ (who is Grace) finished all the work of The Law for us and restored us to right-standing with God. Although this is all true universal laws such as the law of seedtime and harvest yet remains. The consequences of life can still occur depending on how was use our God-given gift of choice. In this episode we dive into a practical perspective on consequences and the importance of being led by the Holy Spirit to keep them at a minimum.
