By: F them fish
  • Summary

  • F them fish: ADHD for grownups is a podcast for Grownups with ADHD. In the last two years I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD and this podcast is a combination of the questions I’ve had and wanted to ask, adjusting to my life with this diagnosis, sprinkled with hilarity and interviews with various experts and ADHD allies and advocates. I’m passionate about raising awareness for ADHDers and their allies through this podcast. I want push off the stigma of what you ‘can’t’ ask and reinvent this whole discussion. Come and join us!

We are absolutely NOT professionals and this is not a diagnostic tool. This is our experience with the utter bs that comes with being a grown up with ADHD and our attempts to figure all this shiz out.
