This week we are going back in time AND up into the skies with our new series on the Pan American World Airways Company. Pan am was an Airline Goliath but now it's long gone. In this series we will be talking about their meteoric rise followed by their slow decline into bankruptcy.

This week we are focusing on the founder Juan Trippe and the early years of luxury travel aboard Boeing 314 Flying Boats. We also talk about the early eccentric and cocky pilots that epitomized Pan Ams Early years. This story is full of larger than life characters and we hope you enjoy it!!
