Finding Your Way With Caleb

By: Caleb Campbell
  • Summary

  • If we're being honest, life as usual is not the life we want. The same old thing is not enough. And while so many of us want change, we don't know where to start. My name is Caleb and I strongly believe that we are all being guided into a deeper and more fulfilled way of life, but sometimes, we just need help finding our way. So, think of this podcast kind of like your own personal trail guide. On this podcast, I'll share my own personal stories, stories from others, ancient wisdom, poetry and contemplative practices in hopes that it will empower you and help lead you as you say yes to your own journey of wandering inwardly and finding your way.

  • Ep. 25 - Litsa Williams - What's Your Grief
    Apr 7 2021

On today’s episode with Litsa Williams, who is the program director and co-founder of the platform or website called What’s Your Grief, we talk alot about what Litsa calls nonfinite loss —which is a grief that persists and changes as aspects of life continually fall short of expectations.

In other words, we talked about how we can begin to create the space in our hearts and our lives to grieve the unmet expectations or unfulfilled dreams that we all have inevitably experienced over the course of our lives.

I honestly don’ know if there has been a more timely podcast than this episode, especially given everything that we have experienced individually and collectively over the last year. We’ve all experienced so much loss over the last year and Litsa does such a great job at walking us down a path of healing throughout this episode.

And just so you have a little more information about What’s Your Grief, their mission is to promote grief education, exploration, and expression in both practical and creative ways. The achieve this mission by providing:

    • Resources related to understanding and coping with grief and loss
    • Guidance on how to help a grieving friend or family member
    • Online courses about grief and supporting someone who’s grieving
    • Resources, education, and training for grief counselors, grief volunteers, and other professionals working in fields related to grief and loss.
    • A podcast about grief
    • A supportive community

So whether you are grieving, supporting someone who is grieving or a grief professional, they have something for you. It’s truly an astonishing and helpful platform. I’m not just saying this, but it really is something special.

  • Ep. 24 - Katie Horwitch - Reconnecting To Your Passion
    Mar 25 2021

On today’s episode, I had the privilege of sitting down and talking with my friend Katie Horwitch who is probably one of the most well-spoken individuals I've ever come across.

Her words, her stories, her teaching points, everything that she talked about throughout this podcast is so powerful, relatable, encouraging and healing.

On this episode we talk a lot about what it looks like to reconnect to your passion especially during a time that we can feel so disconnected in life and then towards the second half of the episode, Katie courageously opens up about how her deep need to control things in life eventually lead to an eating disorder and she then goes on to talk about how and what it looked like to work through that season of life.

Katie is amazing and she is doing such amazing work in the world and I’m so so grateful for her.

Just to give you a little background, Katie is a writer, speaker, mindset coach, and the founder of WANT: Women Against Negative Talk, a platform that gives women tips, tools, motivation, and inspiration to move forward fearlessly by shifting their negative self-talk patterns.

You can find her website, here.
