  • Well its about time we made into the second trimester!! This first one whopped my ass, I can't even lie about that. No doubt I am so excited to be pregnant and extremely blessed but it has been difficult on my body. I also had no idea cramping was considered normal ( if theres no blood)! Usually cramping is something super scary and means you're losing your baby so I was terrified. 

    I am now in therapy which is great and I highly recommend it! It has changed my mindset on my pregnancy journey :)
