As an RN, Evidence Based is where it's at!!

I fell in love with this podcast after recently getting back into working out after having babies! I completely binged it from the beginning and am finally caught up to present day and will continue to follow! Marianna tells it like it is and comes with the evidentiary proof to back it up! Tony is great at recalling studies they have previously spoken about even recalling the numerical data! Their chemistry as Podcasters is amazing and they make each episode enjoyable to listen to.
