What else is there to say?! In this week's Book Club ep, Nichole and Candace do their damn darndest to unpack the incredible depth of Lorde's words and wisdom. Topics include but are not limited to: 

• Intersectionality of experience
• Interdependence on each other, specifically women on women
• Difference as a strength and as our power, individually and collectively
• Harmful patriarchal models of integrated racism and sexism
• The gaslighting of POC, notably in the way of making the concerns of the master become the concerns of the oppressed

Essentially, this chapter is 4 pages of thoughtful, personal narrative that serves as a quick punch in the gut, a kick in the ass, and a soothing hug all in one.
