The future Dr. Rikell Ford joins us on this episode to discuss how the educational system, unconscious bias, and stereotypes influence how young girls (specifically black girls) in care shape perception of themselves. During Women's History Month we are recognizing women that are making history in the child welfare system. Eboni Daniels is definitely a women impacting the lives of the young men she serves. Eboni talks to us about running a boys group home in the Columbus, OH area and what it means to be there for her boys.
