Joe has led Foundry’s Staking business as well as productizing other areas of the business.

As VP of Decentralized Strategy & Engineering, Kseniya leads a team that is building best-in-class staking infrastructure in order to provide staking to institutions for many different protocols, including Ethereum. Before Foundry, Kseniya and her co-founders started and ran Upstate Interactive, a web3 consultancy that built applications on Ethereum. Kseniya is passionate about increasing diversity in the tech space and has been part of several organizations that educate, promote, and empower women.
