  • Vuosina 1971 ja 1972 Freeway Phantom-nimellä tunnetuksi tullut sarjamurhaaja aiheutti pelkoa Washington D.C:n alueella Yhdysvalloissa. Sarjamurhaaja kohdisti rikoksensa yksin liikkeellä olleisiin lapsiin ja nuoriin ja hän onnistui liikkumaan niin, ettei hänestä saatu juuri ollenkaan silminnäkijähavaintoja.
