  • Marcela Alcala started her career in criminology and although she enjoyed the career path her true dream lay in investigating. Unfortunately it wasn't in her destiny to join the police force and therefore went on to pursue a different career path at her father's suggestion. Little did she know that push
    would have her pursue a career in investment real estate. She has excelled at New Western Acquisitions as a Sales Agent, then a Acquisitions Agent and now a Sales Manager on top of all that. Her new found leadership has pushed her to test herself as a leader and mentor for newcomer agents.  Marcela continues to enjoy her little escapes into the investigating world by diving into some police dramas every now and then but she will continue pushing herself as a real estate agent and keep treading higher in the ranks.

    In this episode Marcela takes us on a journey unlike any other and we dive into her experiences and motivations as she continues to push the envelope to achieve her path to always leveling up.
