  • Teresa Litman's story is all too common. It is the story of reaching 40, feeling numb and depressed, having no passion for life and no hope for the future. Asking doctors for help and being told that this is just getting old. Women's lives are being ended at 40 because it seems the regular medical system did not educate doctors on how to help women feel alive after 40.


    Teresa took her life back into her own hands after finding the Wake Her Up community and started hormone therapy. She got her life back!


    Teresa now dedicates several hours a week to supporting other women in the Wake Her Up community to find the hope she did.
