Since 2008 Victor Bell has had a passion for the youth and young adults of the millennial generation. Victor attended Duquesne University, where he also played football. In 2008 Victor graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing, but he has embraced being a professional educator since 2008 because of his passion for the millennial generation, in several public charter schools in Washington DC. As a Dean of students, during his tenure in education, Victor has comprehensively worked with youth and young adults. As a high school football coach and as a youth leader in the church community Victor has mentored, encouraged, and instilled character empowerment in the lives of a multitude of youth.

Victor believes that millennials will be a major weapon in upholding a standard against the kingdom of darkness, in the name of Jesus. Victor is an author, and he has written the book From Secrets with Men to Romance with Him. Victor wrote this book to tell the story of his deliverance from homosexuality, lust, and fearful pride. He desires to attack the demons of lust and pride; because he knows that overcoming those strongholds are key components for total deliverance. Victor fell in love with Jesus over 10 years ago and he has been on a Jesus “high” ever since.

Victor is a member of Victory Christian Ministries International (White Plains) under the direction Pastor Demond and Portia Taylor. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 10, 1986, to Edward and Phyllis Bell. He is the third of his parents’ three children. Victor is the husband to Keyona Bell of 8 years and the father to Isaac and Sarai Bell. When Victor is not working in ministry he enjoys spending time with his family and talking about sports.
