She received her Ph.D from the Centre for Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her research interests include gender, political theory and human rights.

    Dr. Nupur Ray is a Consultant and Advisor at Collaborative Social Change and Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science, Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi. Her areas of research interest include Political Philosophy, Gender Studies, Human Rights and Human Development.
